Hello and welcome to 2028 Adams Ave, a project chock-full of potential for profit. We've had an engineer draft up plans for a duplex and two separate DADUs that are accessed from the ally. Water and Sewer are both on site and fed from the street, and electric service is overhead. We've had several meetings with city planners and public works to get their input before starting the engineering process.
